How much does a custom CRM cost?
It depends on the features, the number of users and the connections to other systems. After a short call we send you a written quote, split into stages, so you know from the start what you pay and when.
Why not an off-the-shelf CRM, like HubSpot or Zoho?
If an off-the-shelf tool works for you, we’ll tell you and set it up ourselves (see “CRM setup” in Growth Hacking & CRM). Custom makes sense when your work has its own workflows, when you pay for many per-user licences, or when you need connections that off-the-shelf tools don’t offer.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can export it whenever you want, in files that open in Excel.
